Job Duties:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide direct and indirect services to students across varying needs and age groups

Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on behavioral strategies

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions

Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure compliance with district and state standards

Maintain clear documentation and ethical standards of professional practice
